About
The EADPH was founded in 1996 as an international and independent science-based forum for professionals having a special interest in dental public health and community dentistry.
The objective of the EADPH e.V. is the promotion of dental public health, which is defined by the association as the science and art of preventing oral diseases, promoting oral health and improving the quality of life through the organized efforts of society. This concerns not only actions directed at populations as a whole, but also at the groups and individuals that make up populations.

EADPH organises an annual meeting where an exchange of information takes place between researchers, practitioners, and policymakers. Meetings consist of plenary sessions with invited keynote speakers and free contributions.
EADPH has several Special Interest Groups. These groups consist of members with a specific interest in a particular area.
EADPH collaborates with Community Dental Health as its official journal. Each issue contains the EADPH News page where members can exchange relevant information.

The 29th EADPH Congress will be held 25-27 September 2025 at the Department of Odontostomatological and Maxillofacial Sciences of the Sapienza University of Rome – Rome, Italy. For more details, please refer to the corresponding section on our website.

The registration fees for physical attendance include participation in:

- Coffee & refreshments during breaks
- Lunch on Friday
- Welcome reception on Thursday (not included in Undergraduate students fee)
- Conference dinner on Friday (not included in Undergraduate students fee)
For accompanying persons, this will incur additional charges to cover the costs of:

Accompanying persons will be responsible for paying their own accommodation.
*Undergraduate students who want to attend Social events must pay a separate cost of 185,00 €
All the above rates include 22% VAT.
All fees are calculated in EURO (€).
If the registration fee is paid by your Organization/ University, please indicate so in the registration form. The Administrative Secretariat of your Organization/ University must contact the Organizing Secretariat at eadph2025@gmail.com after the form is filled.
The online registration form will be active from January 20th until September 10th. From this date, you will have the opportunity to register onsite, at the Congress Desk, the days of the Congress.
Conference Accreditation
In order to receive CE credits you must register and actively participate in EADPH2025. You will be asked to fill out the evaluation form before receiving the certificate.

Your personal data might be used to further the interests of Meeting organizers, e.g. for marketing or communication activities (incl. social media coverage).

We would like to inform you that presentations submitted to the EADPH2025, as well as electronic posters, are publicly accessible and available for download for study and research purposes.
